The State of Creativity was opened by Sir Ken Robinson – TED star on creativity and education thought leader featured in the RSAnimate series. KILN’s Chief Solver Gregg Fraley closed the conference. Gregg was in Tokyo in late November to train a multinational’s Japan team in Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving. With the input of a simultaneous translator, a team of 20 learned the basic tenets of CPS and applied them to a new case story about safe drinking water.Out and about in Tokyo, Gregg spotted these folks deeply focused on their smartphones.

Creativemeister Gregg Fraley is in Colorado speaking on February 9th to the local chapter of the National Speakers Association. While he’s in the Centennial State, he will be hosting a public meeting to discuss and demonstrate KILN’s framework, which includes IdeaKeg (a subscription service) and FuseTrail – the rapid cycle process.This event is a continuation of Gregg’s “Gonzeaux Innovation” tour which he began in summer of 2012.The KILN Demo includes:
- a 30-minute overview on Innovation frameworks, their pro’s and con’s, and new approaches
- a 60-minute demonstration of IdeaKeg, which participants can use to process their own organizations innovation challenges, and,
- a 30-minute Q & A session
