Today's Sunday Telegraph comes with a Business Reporter edition on Innovation. The edition has a heavy emphasis on UK universities. The cover story about James Dyson and a short piece about a ground-breaking Scottish whisky add flavour. In fact, the whisky story makes us wish for a scratch-and-sniff edition.
KILN is pleased to contribute to the panel discussion: who should lead the innovation process. You can read the viewpoints here. Will it surprise you that before we answered, we changed the question?!
For us, the best innovation is led by the CEO but the real question is how people work together.
We were delighted to include Suzanne Allers in our piece. Suzanne was Principal Scientist at Proctor & Gamble for over 15 years. At P&G, Suzanne spearheaded some great work on using story to unite business, technology and marketing teams on the launch of novel products. Now Suzanne has joined with other P&G alumnae to build a unique innovation consultancy based in Greater London called Untapped Innovation.
