Bob Townley FRSA is looking to understand how the ways change is managed may influence the outcomes. I liked the fact that Bob's research is open to the idea that people and wider organisations may gain from change; but also that emotional loss is real. So I decided to help him recruit research sites.
To complete his doctoral studies at the University of Leicester, School of Management, Bob is currently looking for 2-3 organisations to interview. Please get in touch if:

- Is located in the UK
- is changing and evolving, either through a managed process or by growing, diversifying or responding to changes in the sector or marketplace
