Creating momentum: an online conversation with KILN’s Chief Solver Gregg Fraley
Last week on the Innovation Management portal, KILN welcomed Cauldron associates Dr Orin Davis and Fiona McAnena into an online conversation with our Chief Solver, Gregg Fraley.
All three panelists were discussing their experiences and observations on starting or ramping up innovation activities inside organisations. Many of Gregg’s questions came from listeners ahead of time.
Real-time questions were answered in writing by Indy Neogy and me, behind the scenes. One attendee described the session aftewards as “a beehive of activity – it became such a buzzy place to have a parallel set of activities”.
