For Introverts
KILN celebrates diversity: it’s a crucial ingredient for creative thinking and innovation success. And we recognise that different personalities respond (or switch off) to typical approaches to group work. That’s why we’re tailoring workshops for introverts – to empower them to do better imaginative work without hindrance by techniques suited only to their more extroverted colleagues.

The reality is most teams are comprised of a mix of personality types. But the reality is also one where compromise is standard: the more introverted individuals are expected to adapt to talkative settings and participate in group activities they find exhausting or counterproductive.
The KILN System builds in behaviours that are well suited to introverts. This includes:
- The salon format in larger group meetings, to ensure turn taking and elicit listening
- Quiet periods of solitary work, both co-present and virtually
- Work in pairs or trios to cluster and filter concepts, or develop them as Future Tense Stories™
With KILN, you’ll find tools and techniques to get the best thinking from everyone.
